The design is based on the idea of 1 Timothy 4:8 - “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” The weights remind us to train physically and spiritually and the cross aspect of the logo is a reminder of the finished work of Jesus. The HNH is broken down from the brand name HealthyNHoly. May we all continue to train ourselves for this life and the life to come.
